Terrible service. Staff member was very rude to me and sarcastic when I asked if I could get my ring serviced, stating maliciously that it would be expensive and suggesting it would be more than I could afford, and an inconvenience to them. When I did end up getting the ring resized and the diamond "fixed" into the ring so it wouldn't fall out of my ring, the diamond fell out only three weeks later. They were rude, and then didn't even do their job, almost completely causing me to lose a diamond that has been in my family for generations. I found the diamond on the floor of my work later (thank goodness). Anyway, I suggest if you want to go to this location you instead go to Helzberg diamonds downstairs in the mall. They were very kind and provided great service, and now my ring looks great.

Kristin provided outstanding customer service to me and my Fiancé today! We walked in and she immediately acknowledged us in a friendly manner and offered to assist us with our inquiries.
Throughout our visit, Kristin patiently answered all of our questions and courteously showed us several items. In fact, after about 40 minutes, we left Zale's and visited two other jewelry stores but later returned to Zales to make our purchase. This decision was 99% based on the service we received from Kristin.

Absolute joke ..rude unhelpful staff the lady roberta sold me junk a tungsten ring fell apart in 2 pieces..literally glued together..also had my wife ring sized and they destroyed it stretched it wire thin..then when asked for refund they called the police..neve deal with these rip off scam artist
