I have always been satisfied with the service we received at Brentwood Petsmart. This last visit my husband brought the dog home looking the same way he did when we took him. He didn’t even look like he had been bathed. His hair was not soft and fluffy as in other groomings, he still had the eye goop, he didn’t smell better. I was surprised when they called us to pick him up after just 1.5 hours. When it usually takes about 4 hours. I’m not sure the dog was groomed at all. Disappointed.
The grooming service is horrible. My dog is fearful and the lady that groomed her was abrupt and not kind at all, so much so that my dog came home visibly shaken and sick from the stress. It took days for me to calm my dog down. God knows what happened to her but not worth the risk. I also paid for nail grinding but came to realize later that her nails weren't touched, however given how upset my dog was there was no way I was taking her back in so ended up just giving them free money. Seriously find somewhere else to get your dogs groomed, this service should be shut down.
The grooming service was just as expensive as small private groomers but was HORRIBLE. My dog's hair isn't even and there are long hairs that we're completely missed.
The staff in the grooming salon is horrible. A mistake was made, with 3 people working and even with the manager present no one would take responsibility. All lied and said "I didn't do it" and the manager couldn't have cared less. Avoid this place at all costs, there are many better groomers in the area and most are even less cost.
Idk why I even came in this establishment but I will NEVER Patronize this business again. Waited in line, only for the receptionist to 1st start assisting me because I was next in line, but saw that a "other" was sitting on the bench & told me was here 1st... yet he was not in line, but sitting comfortably on the bench... it's fine tho, because Black Dollars spend everywhere and mines won't be here nor will any of my friends,family,and Facebook community hear about this...
